COLUMBIA, S.C. — Gov. Henry McMaster is scheduled to deliver his 2025 State of the State address on Wednesday night at the State House.

Each year the governor outlines his top expectations and visions for the new fiscal year, including his priorities for this year’s budget. The address comes following newly released forensic audit findings that unveiled a $1.8 billion accounting error in the state’s account.

This year marks McMaster’s eighth State of the State address. If the 77-year-old completes this term, he will be the South Carolina’s longest-serving governor in history.

Gov. McMaster will take to the podium beginning at 7 p.m. For more information or to watch the address live, visit SCETV.
