WEBSTER, Mass. - A red, white, and blue "open" flag flies high outside of a memorabilia store New England for Trump. It has been an eventful couple of days for the small Webster shop.
"It has been great," said manager Bob Clemmer. "People coming in, all day and all night and getting what they need. They're happy campers."
With t-shirts, hoodies, even Trump teddy bears, the store has a wide variety of products celebrating the now president-elect.
With locations across the northeast, Clemmer says it's a testament to the former president's message to the American people.
"Yeah, very strong around here," said Clemmer. "Yes, definitely. You can see when the customers come in here, the rallies. The rallies are everywhere. I'm surprised we didn't turn Massachusetts red."
Clemmer says the store has been doing well overall since they opened up shop earlier this summer, with shoppers coming from neighboring states.
Excitement levels were high among those buying some merch Thursday.
"It was good," one shopper said of the election results. "I felt like a kid on Christmas morning. I did. I got all the toys I wanted. But you know, like I say, now that everything's going to go from here we'll see how it goes."
Management at the Webster location are expecting to be open through at least December, saying they're going to be busy through the holiday season.
