Ever Coy Clavo, 33, is a food delivery worker who was struck by a U-Haul truck while heading to work in Bay Ridge on Monday.

“The car was coming towards me. The car was looking for people to run over. I tried to dodge him but before I knew it I lost consciousness and I was already on the floor, I don’t even know I fell and how I was run over,” Clavo said in Spanish.

His foot and part of his leg are broken and doctors said he has a long road to recovery.

“They told me here that it’ll be more than two months that I won’t be able to move my feet. I will have to do therapy after,” Clavo said in Spanish. “After two months, I’ll start therapy to be able to move my foot. They said I’ll be able to walk in seven months.”

Weng Sor, 62, kept his head down as he was arraigned Wednesday on charges of murder and attempted murder at Brooklyn Criminal Court.

Prosecutors said Sor rented a U-Haul truck and intentionally mowed down pedestrians and cyclists in parts of Southern Brooklyn Monday — killing one person and injuring eight others, including a police officer.

Sor’s defense attorney asked for him to undergo a mental evaluation and be put on suicide watch. The judge granted the request.

Police said surveillance video shows moments of the hour-long rampage as Sor drove through streets of Bay Ridge and Sunset Park before being cornered by police officers in Red Hook near the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.

The NYPD said Sor told them he saw an invisible object come toward the car and said he had enough and that’s when he took off.

Single father of three, YiJie Ye, died at the hospital after being hit while making a food delivery in Bay Ridge.

Brooklyn Councilmember Justin Brannan tweeted out a GoFundMe post created by Ye’s relatives.

According to the post, Ye came to the United States from China almost 18 years ago.

He worked tirelessly as a food app delivery driver to support his twin boys and daughter, the post said. So far, the post has raised more money than the intended $50,000 goal.

Financial help is what Clavo said he will also need.

He said he helps his parents back in Guatemala, but since he will be out of work for a while, that will be hard to do.

Los Deliveristas Unidos, an organization that advocates for food-app workers, said it will create a GoFundMe to help Clavo through this difficult time.

“We came to this country to help our family advance,” Clavo said in Spanish. “Our relatives back home are older, so we came here to help them and do what we can’t do in our country.”

Police said there is no connection to terrorism in this case.

Sor is held without bail and is expected back in court March 16.
