Brooklyn Brew Cafe donated every penny of their sales this weekend to the Schnitzel Haus. The German restaurant has been a staple in Bay Ridge for well over a decade but has been struggling during the pandemic, launching a GoFundMe in July to keep its doors open. So the cafe stepped up to help.

"Bay Ridge is very neighborhood-y. It's, like, we're a small town in a big City. And everyone sticks together. So it's nice everyone came out to support us... support the Schnitzel Haus," said Marina Madden, Owner of Brooklyn Brew Cafe. The cafe raised more than $2,000 to help Schnitzel Haus.
