NY1 spoke exclusively with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg about the indictment of a Harlem man who was accused of selling illegal guns to an undercover officer.
Jospeh Moore, 48, is accused of selling eight guns, including an assault weapon, to an undercover officer outside his apartment building near West 135th St. in Harlem, according to officials.
Manhattan prosecutors say the sales took place over a six-month period,
According to investigators, when they entered Moore’s home to execute a search warrant, they found eight more firearms, including six that were loaded.
Moore has been charged with a criminal sale of a firearm in the first degree and nine counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, officials said.
The district attorney's office said Moore pleaded not guilty during his arraignment on Tuesday.
