The owners of the Skyline Apartments have agreed to a settlement in the wrongful death lawsuit of a former tenant.

Court document show Greenland Property Services agreed to a settlement with the family of Connie Tuori.

The 93-year-old was killed in her apartment by Victoria Afet in 2021.

Afet is also named in the suit. She's currently serving 29 years to life in prison for Tuori's death.

All of the parties in this case are requesting the terms of the agreement remain confidential.

Skyline had come under fire at the time for its lack of security measures and personnel.
