Rochester’s Party in the Park summer concert series will be back for another year at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park.

It kicks off on Thursday, July 10 and will continue every Thursday through Aug. 14.

Organizers say gates open at 5 p.m. with performances starting at 6.30 p.m. 

Seven Wonders will perform as the headliners, with Highway Boys, a Zac Bryan tribute band, taking part as the opening act.

This year’s full lineup includes:

  • July 10: Seven Wonders; Highway Boys – a Zach Bryan tribute band  
  • July 17: Cruel Summer - a Taylor Swift live band tribute; BB Dang 
  • July 25: Melvin Seals and JGB; Dogs in a Pile 
  • July 31: Ripe; Badfish - a tribute to Sublime 
  • Aug. 7: Andy Frasco and the Un; Shamarr Allen and the Underdawgs  
  • Aug. 14: Eddie 9volt; with special guests TBA  

“Party in the Park has proven to be a community favorite for 28 years and counting,” Mayor Malik Evans said in a statement. “There is something for everyone and everyone is welcome. So, I invite the entire community to come Downtown and enjoy the world-class entertainment that has put this event front and center as an example of our longstanding love for music and community.”  

The 28th year of the concert series includes the Craft Beer Garden and the Wine Time Bar for visitors to enjoy popular IPAs, ciders, stouts, wine and wine slushies.

Tickets can be bought now on the city's website. General admission tickets are $7 and children 12 and under are free. VIP Ultra Lounge tickets are $35.
