Water flowed down Ogden Avenue in the Bronx Monday morning, according to officials.

The FDNY said it responded to the call in the about a water main break in the Highbridge neighborhood around 10:30 a.m.
Kayla Guerrera was heading to school when it happened.
“I saw a whole bunch of water and I’m waiting for the bus and all I see is [the] fire department going this way,” Guerrera said.
When NY1 arrived, an excavator was working to repair the damage at 1080 Ogden Avenue.
“This is crazy, this is really crazy,” Butta Royce, who lives nearby, said.
Royce said he returned from work Monday afternoon to find no heat and limited hot water in his apartment.
“This morning, it was not like that. I got up for work at 7 this morning. It was not like that,” Royce, who has a generator, said.
But Royce is staying positive and plans on sleeping in his apartment.
“It’s horrible, but there are people who [are] going through worse, so my thing is [to] get through it,” he said.
According to the city, it is working to restore water service to residents.
