TAMPA, Fla. — A man arrived at Sexton Elementary School's campus to pick up a child and also get help for stab wounds, St. Petersburg Police said Tuesday afternoon.
Rescue units were contacted to transport the man to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.
No arrests have been made and all students and faculty are safe, according to police. There was no school lockdown.
Police said the incident is under investigation.
