TAMPA, Fla. — The new Covid-19 testing site is opening Tuesday at University Mall.

The location was previously a vaccination site but switched locations with the county’s new vaccine site adjacent to Raymond James Stadium.

That move to Lot 14 adjacent to the stadium came after eligibility confusion, long wait times and traffic congestion at the University Mall site.

Meanwhile, residents do not need appointments to receive a Covid-19 test at the University Mall site.

Hours of operations are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
