It will still be at least next week before knowing who won the 22nd Congressional District race between Democratic Rep. Anthony Brindisi and Republican challenger Claudia Tenney.

Discussion now centers on early voting - as early voters did not have to vote at designated places as they did on Election Day.
Arguments earlier this week centered on if votes cast at the wrong place on Election Day could be counted.
On Friday, it was determined there were more than 2,200 voter registration applications that were not processed in time for the election.
There's a question of what those voters did at the polls. Did they fill out an affidavit ballot? And if so, was it counted?

So the question is: if you vote at the wrong polling place on Election Day should your vote be counted?
Court resumes next week.
