It looks like State Senator Tom O'Mara is sticking around for another term.

Challenger Leslie Danks Burke conceded Wednesday after learning she didn't get enough absentee votes to close the gap.

O'Mara has represented the 58th Senate District since 2011. It covers five Southern Tier counties, including Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Yates and part of Tompkins County.
