ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A Utica man has been arrested for a 2014 murder.
Officials say the U.S. Marshals Service in New York City arrested Jonathan Brown, 32, at a relative's home in the Bronx. Police say Brown shot and killed Andre Oliver-Kenney outside Two J's bar in Utica.
Brown is charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon and is being held at the Oneida County Jail.
