The St. John’s Red Storm are moving on in the NCAA Tournament after securing their first tournament win since 2000 with a victory over Omaha on Thursday.

The win adds to what has been an electrifying season for fans, including one of the team’s most dedicated supporters, Mike Mihaly.

A season ticket holder from Queensbury in the Capital Region, Mihaly has traveled to 23 games this year—many of them in New York City—logging over 400 miles per trip.

His dedication took him even farther, following the team to the Bahamas for a November tournament and now to Providence, Rhode Island for March Madness.

Mihaly joined "Mornings On 1" on Friday to share his journey supporting the Red Storm through their historic run.
