A Brooklyn man is trying to break barriers when it comes to access to music for inner city youth in Brooklyn, specifically access to classical music.

Aaron Stokes just formed the Inner City Youth Orchestra of New York, based in Bedford-Stuyvesant Brooklyn. Aaron spoke to NY1 anchor Rocco Vertuccio Sunday morning on "Weekends on 1."
