Solving Staten Island's Domestic Violence Problem

The Staten Island District Attorney's office reports a 64 percent increase in domestic violence cases since 2010.

D.A. Mike McMahon has begun an effort to reverse that trend by creating a new Domestic Violence Bureau.

The new chief of that bureau, Tuesday Muller-Mondi discussed the effort with NY1's Anthony Pascale.
