Rubio's Ability to Speak Fluent Spanish an Advantage Over Cruz in Speaking Directly to Latino Voters

NY1 VIDEO: Republicans hope the presence of Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz in the 2016 presidential race will give the GOP its best chance in years of winning Hispanic voters away from Democrats. Setting their policy positions aside, Rubio has an advantage that Cruz lacks in speaking directly to some Latino voters: the ability to speak fluent Spanish.
