Baseball and transit fans got a special treat ahead of the Yanks' home opener Monday.
The New York Transit Museum brought out four old subway cars to take fans from Grand Central Terminal to Yankee Stadium.
The cars were in service between 1917 to 1964.
Rides cost a regular subway fare.
"They were in service for 20 world championships. They also were in service, they would have taken people to the original Polo Grounds. They were also in service for Yankee Stadium's original opening day. People also rode them to watch Lou Gehrig and Babe Ruth play," said COncetta Bencivenga, director of the New York Transit Museum.
"All you feel is nothing but good vibes with Yankee fans as well as transit enthusiasts, so I freaking adore this. It's why I come here every year," said one rider.
The transit museum also rolled out old cars for the Mets' opening day.
The museum will send out vintage cars again on May 6 over to Van Cortlandt Park in honor of World War I.
