Some 3-train riders in Brooklyn may need to find another way to get around soon.
Starting at 5 a.m. Monday, the Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road and Junius Street stations will be closed for about five months for renewal work.
It's part of an ongoing $88 million capital project to rehabilitate seven elevated stations along the New Lots Avenue line Brownsville and East New York.
Improvements will include new lighting, platforms, and enhanced safety features.
Some of that work has already been completed.
The MTA will provide free shuttle buses for riders at these stations.
