After nearly three years of construction, the Forsyth County Central Public Library is officially reopened to the public.
Funding for the $28 million building came from a $40 million bond referendum passed back in 2010.
It is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, nearly 100 computers with public internet access, upgraded community common spaces on each floor, and 250,000 books, movies and other reading materials.
