Gov. Kathy Hochul is facing a tough political climate.
A new Marist Poll out Tuesday shows her approval rating is stuck at just 39%.
The poll surveyed more than 1,200 New York state residents from April 3 to April 9.
The findings paint a bleak picture not just for Hochul but for New York’s overall mood, showing that declining economic confidence and concerns over affordability.
Lee Miringoff, director of the Marist Institute for Public Opinion, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to discuss what these polls say about the next election cycle.
