Music fans may know of “Electric Lady Studios” on West 8th Street as the recording venue for artists like Led Zeppelin, Stevie Wonder, David Bowie and recently, Taylor Swift.

The studio was created by Jimi Hendrix more than 50 years ago. It is the subject of a new documentary, “Electric Lady Studios: A Jimi Hendrix Vision.”

Kendall DuPre, who wrote about the studios in the New York Post, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to discuss the significance of the studio, plus the music lore that the studio is supposedly haunted.
