One of New York’s most contentious congressional races is in the spotlight, as voters hit the polls this Tuesday for the primary elections.

The winner between incumbent representative Jamaal Bowan and Westchester County Executive George Latimer will go on to compete in the general election.

Gen Z, who are 18 to 29-years-old, are the youngest generation of eligible voters and they bring unique concerns and experiences to the issues at play in this year's elections.
