The former interim head of New York City Transit, Sarah Feinberg, wrote an op-ed for the Daily News on Monday about the city’s child welfare crisis.

According to Feinberg’s op-ed, "the death of children from abuse has become routine in New York City.”

Feinberg joined “The Rush Hour” on Monday to discuss what she deems the failures of the city’s Administration for Children’s Services and the government.
