A new Elliman Report with the most recent data is showing the pulse of the housing market in New York City. 

Among the findings, average rental prices saw a downward trend in January compared to the January of last year.

According to the report, inventory showed to be a problem, especially in Brooklyn and Northwest Queens.

Real Estate agent Noble Black, who leads one of the top producing teams at Douglas Elliman, joined “The Rush Hour” on Wednesday to discuss the details and the current state of the market.
