Seven candidates for Public Advocate clashed Wednesday, February 20, live on NY1, at the Borough of Manhattan Community College in the second debate co-sponsored by NY1, in conjunction with the city's Campaign Finance Board, Politico New York, and several other co-sponsors, in advance of a special election on February 26.
