Looking to take in a show but overwhelmed by the amount of choices?  Look no further. "On Stage" host Frank DiLella will be curating a list of “must-see” shows every week, directing you to the best of Broadway, off-Broadway and beyond. Here's his picks for this week.

“Pictures From Home”

“Pictures From Home,” the new play is based on the photo memoir by photographer Larry Sultan. The show stars Theater favorites Nathan Lane, Danny Burstein and Zoë Wanamaker.

“Pictures From Home” is now in previews at Studio 54.

The opening night is set for Thursday, Feb 9.

Catch them before they shutter this weekend.

The star-studded revival of “The Music Man” with Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster — along with the groundbreaking revival of “Death of a Salesman” and “Ohio State Murders” with Audra McDonald, will all play their final performances on Sunday.

Plus, Michael R. Jackson’s 2022 Tony winning musical “A Strange Loop” will close on Sunday, Jan. 15 as well.

“Without You”

Moving to off-Broadway, “Rent” alum, Anthony Rapp, brings his memoir to life on stage with the new solo show, “Without You.”

The musical features stories and tunes from “Rent” — along with original music by Rapp.

“Without You” is in previews at New World Stages.

The show officially opens on Wednesday, Jan. 25.

"Kate"

Comedian, actor and writer Kate Berlant is back on the New York stage with her one-woman show aptly titled “Kate.”

The solo work explores the events of her life that have brought her to the present.

The eight-week engagement is currently playing at the historic Connelly Theater in the East Village.
