Myles Miller is an Emmy Award-winning investigative reporter for NY1.

He was previously the law enforcement reporter at WPIX-TV, where he was part of the team that won the 2017 Emmy for Best Morning News. Over the course of three years, he covered the Chelsea Bombing, the inauguration of President Donald Trump, a shooting at Bronx Lebanon Hospital and the West Side terror attack.

He was concurrently a correspondent for WCBS Newsradio 880 as part of the team that won a 2017 Edward R. Murrow award for overall excellence.

He was a White House correspondent for The Daily, where he traveled across the country with President Barack Obama, covering landmark stories including the death of Osama bin Laden, the Supreme Court decision on the Affordable Care Act and the 2012 presidential campaign.

In 2012, he reported for and helped launch "Chasing News" for Fox TV Stations. In 2014, he joined WRNN-TV as a Long Island reporter.

In 2015, he helped the New York Times launch their breaking news video desk after successfully launching Tribune Media's revenue-generating digital first video unit.

Miller started his career at the Daily News, in high school, where as a part of a summer program and later as an intern, he covered city politics and government for their suburban newspapers, Bronx Boro, Queens and Brooklyn News.

He's written for Reuters, New York Post, FOXNews.com, The Daily Caller and Womens Wear Daily.

He is a member of Investigative Reporters and Editors, the National Association of Black Journalists, the New York Press Club and the National Forensics League.
