Over the past few months, the Sackets Harbor Central School District Board of Education has been conducting a search to recruit the next Superintendent of Schools as a successor to Mr. Frederick E. Hall, Jr., who is retiring effective June 30, 2017. The Board selected three (3) individuals for personal interviews, and at the conclusion of the initial interviews, the Board selected the following candidate to move on to the next step of the recruitment process:
* Mrs. Jennifer Gaffney-Goodnough, K-12 Principal, Sackets Harbor Central School District
During the next phase of the recruitment process, the Board will be seeking feedback from district employees and the community and will hold sessions for stakeholders on April 5th, with a schedule to be announced. Stakeholder feedback will be used by the Board in their final decision-making process.
