ST. LOUIS — It's time for the unofficial holiday in St. Louis: Opening Day for the St. Louis Cardinals. Here's a look at the schedule for all things happening downtown.
10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.: Join a host of celebrities at a pep rally at Ballpark Village. Guests include:
- Fredbird
- Team Fredbird
- DJ Todd Thomas
- Cardinals organist Dwayne Hilton
- Cardinals Alumni
The pep rally will be at the Busch II Infield Stage in the Together Credit Union Plaza. This event is free for all fans to attend and includes prizes and ticket giveaways to Opening Day and other 2025 games.
12 p.m.: Gates Open
12:05 p.m. - 12:55 p.m.: Cardinals batting practice
1 p.m. - 1:50 p.m.: Twins batting practice
2:30 p.m.: Pregame ceremonies which include:
- Budweiser Clydesdales
- Fredbird and Team Fredbird
- Induction of the National Baseball & Cardinals Hall of Famers from 2025
2:49 p.m.: Introduction of the 2025 St. Louis Cardinals
3:04 p.m.: National Anthem
3:15 p.m.: First pitch
