LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Get ready, headbangers: America's loudest rock and metal festival is set to return.
Louder Than Life is returning Sept. 18-21 at the Kentucky Exposition Center, with headliners including Slayer (Thursday, Sept. 18), Avenged Sevenfold (Friday, Sept. 19), Deftones (Saturday, Sept. 20) and Bring Me The Horizon (Sunday, Sept. 21). More than 160 bands will rock out across six stages, and organizers said it's the largest lineup in the history of producer Danny Wimmer Presents (DWP).
Also among this year's acts are Rob Zombie, Stone Temple Pilots, Marilyn Manson, Three Days Grace, Evanescence, Breaking Benjamin, $uicideboy$, Cypress Hill, Trivium, All Time Low and Lamb of God.
"Louder Than Life has always been about showcasing the future of rock and heavy music while honoring the legends who paved the way," said Danny Wimmer of DWP.
Four-day and single-day general admission, VIP and Angel's Envy Top Shelf passes are on sale now. Some VIP perks are premium food offerings, dedicated bars with full beverage options, comfortable seating and dedicated festival entry lanes. Those seeking the ultimate music experience can also purchase a four-day Exacta Pass starting at $550 plus fees, which includes eight days of Bourbon & Beyond (Sept. 11-14) and Louder Than Life.
Organizers said the festival draws fans from every state and several countries. Passes often sell out well in advance, and fans are encouraged to buy early and reserve their spots. The 2024 edition, which marked the festival's 10th anniversary, drew 150,000 fans.
Based in Los Angeles, DWP also produces Bourbon & Beyond. The two festivals generated more than $33 million in local economic impact in 2024 and drew more than 300,000 attendees.
