MILWAUKEE — Summerfest on Wednesday announced its 2025 lineup featuring over 160 headliners who will take the stage over the span of three weekends.
Several big headliners were already announced prior to the drop, including Benson Boone, The Killers, Megan Thee Stallion, Lainey Wilson and more.
On Wednesday, Summerfest announced a new headliner, The Lumineers with special guest Hippo Campus, who will headline American Family Insurance Amphitheater on July 5.
Other notable artists to take one of the 12 stages across Summerfest's 75-acre festival park include Jack’s Mannequin, Lindsey Stirling, The Fray, Betty Who, Dirty Heads, Motion City Soundtrack, Natasha Bedingfield, Aly & AJ, Nessa Barrett, The Maine, Mayday Parade, Lovejoy and more. “As an independent music festival, Summerfest delivers a one-of-a-kind experience, bringing fans together from all backgrounds to enjoy incredible performances and Milwaukee’s vibrant energy,” said Sarah Pancheri, president and CEO of Milwaukee World Festival, Inc. in a press release. “Today is an exciting day as we unveil this year’s lineup with over 160 artists spanning all genres of music.”
Jerrod Woods, senior director of marketing for Milwaukee World Festival, Inc., said a lot goes into planning the three weekends of music.
“It’s a giant puzzle, to say the least. Our booking team starts planning probably like a year, year and a half in advance,” said Woods.

For the fifth year in a row, Summerfest will span three weekends over the summer: June 19-21, June 26-28 and July 3-5. Last year attendance was down, but officials attributed it to weather, with the festival seeing the most rain since Summerfest 2000.

General onsale for tickets to The Lumineers concert will go on sale on Friday, Feb. 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster.com and in person at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.
