CINCINNATI — For Cincinnati residents looking for family-friendly spookiness the HallZOOween event has returned to Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Gardens. 

The event runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays through the end of October.

HallZOOween is free with Zoo Admission and kids are encouraged to dress in costume and bring their own treat bags.

Among the offered activities are the Hogwarts Express, Scare-ousel, a magic show and fall-themed foods. Fiona statues will be hidden throughout the zoo that reveal her Halloween costume. 

The zoo is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. but zoo members are able to enter early at 9 a.m. through Nov. 16.
