A video part of a new national campaign called “Take It Down” depicts a monster hiding in plain sight.
It was created by the organization ChildFund, and the goal is to pressure tech companies to remove child sexual abuse content from their platforms.
According to The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, their Cyber Tip Line receives more than 80,000 reports of suspected online child sexual exploitation everyday.
And sadly, some of the children involved are not just exploited — they’re killed.
Sonya Ryan, CEO and founder of the Carly Ryan Foundation and Danielle Lilly, director of policy of ChildFund, joins “News All Day” to talk more about this.
