On this Wellness Monday on “News All Day,” we are focusing on fathers and the pressures many are feeling to succeed at work and at home. 

It's tough when you have to juggle career, life, and parenting. But there are experts who can help guide us through all the ups and downs, like Dr. Moshe Moeller. He is an attending psychologist at Montefiore Medical Center. He also helps run their HERO Dads Program.

He suggests men do a self-check each day or week to see how they're feeling emotionally and physically, and make time during the day for yourself.

The quality of time with your kids is more important than the quantity you spend with them, according to Dr. Moeller. When with your kids, make sure it's focused time. Turn off your devices, enjoy meals together, focus on engaging activities and not passive ones.
