A Queens native has cooked up an artistic tribute to the food industry in the borough for all it has been through during the pandemic.

The Queens Chef Project is a web site gallery that features photographs and videos of 50 chefs in the borough. They appear on the site with an item in their kitchen or restaurant that has special meaning to them.

The creator of the gallery, Drew Kerr, joined NY1 on Saturday to discuss the inspiration behind the project.
