This morning, Saint Patrick's Cathedral is celebrating its first public mass since March. Archbishop of New York Cardinal Timothy Dolan will lead the 10:15 service.
Attendance will be limited to 25 percent capacity and social distancing and other safety guidelines will be followed.
St. Patrick's has held daily mass via livestream during and before the pandemic. The archdiocese says those will continue.
Since June 1st, people have only been permitted inside the cathedral to pray.
