NEW YORK - A food hall in Midtown that recently expanded, will reportedly close its doors next month.
One of the food vendors at Pennsy Food Hall says he received an email explaining the hall will shut down on March 31.
Adam Sobel announced on Instragam he will now have to shut down his vegan food business when Pennsy closes its doors.
The food hall is located at 2 Penn Plaza.
It sits adjacent to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden.
The Commercial Observer reports the food hall's closure comes during a $2 billion renovation of 2 Penn Plaza.
The plaza is expected to be renamed Penn 2.
Pennsy previously closed its doors for one month in June 2017 for an expansion.
