BRONX, N.Y. - The dean of a charter school in the Bronx is accused of having sex with a student. 

Grace Trinidad, 34, has been charged with rape, criminal sex act, and endangering the welfare of a minor.

She is a dean at New Visions Advanced Math and Science High School in Spuyten Duyvil.

Trinidad was arrested early Tuesday morning.

Police say the victim is a 15-year-old boy, who came forward and made the complaint.

The school launched an internal investigation into the allegations saying, "We are horrified by recent allegations of completely inappropriate and unlawful interactions between a staff member and one of our students. We always urge students and parents to report any concerning behavior to their principal or any other trusted adult at their school."
