LOUISVIILE, Ky --- Thunder over louisville is just around the corner! The big fireworks spectacular is just 68 days away.
The Kentucky Derby Festival and their sponsors unveiled the theme for this year — It’ll Be the Wonderful World of Thunder.
The group says it wanted to do the event justice since it is celebrating it’s 30th year.
The show’s producer says it’ll be one to remember! They'll plan to incorporate soundtracks from everyone’s favorite fairytales and animated movies.
The festival says expect a packed air show in 2019, plus it’ll feature the US Army Golden Knights, the KC Flight formation team, the 6-ship Trojan thunder team and much more.T
Thunder Over Louisville is on Saturday April 13th.
