BRONX, N.Y. High school students in the Bronx received a surprise this week from New York Giants star Saquon Barkley.
The 21 year-old Bronx native showed up at the Cardinal Hayes High School football team's practice and took over coaching duties for a day.
It's all part of a marketing campaign for Campbell's Chunky Soup, which is honoring hardworking coaches by getting NFL players to relieve them of their duties and give them a break.
Cardinal Hayes coach CJ O'Neill has helped over 100 student athletes play in college.
Barkley is the Giants leader in rushing yards and total yards and a leading contender for NFL offensive rookie of the year.
