NYCHA has reassigned an entire staff at one of its developments in the Bronx after allegations of inappropriate conduct.

The Daily News reports that regular after-hours sex parties forced the entire staff at NYCHA's Throggs Neck development to be completely reassigned, with new staff taking over the complex Monday.

The parties allegedly took place on Fridays on NYCHA grounds, and included drinking and sex involving supervisors and their subordinates.

"I do not know if it was sexual acts one on one. I don't know if there were multiple partners. What I do know is that inappropriate behavior took place with several employees," said Monique Johnson, president of the Throggs Neck Resident Council. "Work was not being done because there was too much partying."

In response, NYCHA released a statement, saying, "We've had long standing concerns about management and performance issues at Throggs Neck. Those concerns, coupled with troubling allegations of misconduct, are why the staff was reassigned. We can’t comment further on an on-going investigation."
