Between the delays, the overcrowding, and the other issues, New Yorkers are frustrated with their transit system.

Disabled New Yorkers have it even tougher.

Right now only around 1 in 4 subway stations is wheelchair accessible.

Transit President Andy Byford says improving accessibility is one of his top priorities for the city's subways and buses.

To that end, he's appointed the MTA's very first Accessibility Chief, Alex Elegudin.
