It may still be chilly in the city, but it's already boardwalk season on Coney Island.

Saturday was opening day for Luna Park.

Hundreds of people enjoyed the warmer weather and lined up for their favorite rides.

The park will be open only on the weekends until Memorial Day weekend. It will be open every day beginning Memorial Day weekend and lasting throughout the summer.
