Last week, the Metropolitan Museum of Art changed its decades-old admission policy by requiring out-of-state visitors to pay an entrance fee. 

The change comes after the museum saw a significant decline in visitors paying the suggested admission fee of $25. 

Many museums across the city still have a suggested admission fee in place, but is it wrong not to pay anything at all?
