Family and friends are gathering today for the funeral of Black Lives Matter Activist Erica Garner. 

Services are being held at the First Corinthian Baptist Church on Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard in Harlem.

The viewing starts at 4 p.m., followed by the funeral at 5 p.m.

Garner died last month after suffering a heart attack on Christmas Eve.

The 27-year-old was on life support, and declared brain dead a few days later. 

Erica became an activist against police brutality after the death of her father, Eric Garner.

He died four years ago after an NYPD officer put him in an illegal chokehold.

The incident was caught on camera and showed Garner repeatedly saying "I can't breathe."
