BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A Buffalo police officer is suspended without pay again for posting videos on social media.
Richard Hy was previously suspended by the department last year when city officials accused him of violating the department's social media policy.
The department's policy states employees, sworn-in officers and civilians, cannot depict "The uniform, badge or patch in any manner that reflects a lack of good moral character."
Before his first suspension Hy was warned about his posts.
It's not clear if any further action will be taken against him.
