NEW YORK - If you see a lot of police activity around the Lincoln Tunnel Friday night and Saturday, don't panic - it's just a drill.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is conducting an emergency response exercise inside the tunnel overnight.

It starts at 11:30 p.m. and ends at 7 a.m. Saturday.

It's meant to test Port Authority officers and employees on their ability to interact with other agencies, like the NYPD and emergency crews from New Jersey.

The drill is not expected to affect travel around the tunnel.
