WORLDWIDE — The company behind Barbie has announced a new set of ultra-hip, diverse Ken dolls.
Mattel’s new dolls feature three different body types, seven different skin tones and nine different hairstyles, including a man bun.
"By continuing to expand our product line, we are redefining what a Barbie or Ken doll looks like to this generation," Barbie senior vice president and general manager Lisa McKnight said in a press release.
"Evolving Ken was a natural evolution for the brand and allows girls to further personalize the role they want him to play in Barbie’s world."
The original Ken doll debuted more than five decades ago where he was sporting red swim trunks and cork sandals.
Ten are on sale starting Tuesday and five more will be released in stores in the coming months.

There's no point in any #TuesdayMotivation when you see Twitter news revealing the Man-Bun Ken doll.

There's a new Ken doll with a man-bun so we can confidently pronounce that trend is finally over.
