For 40 years, Anthony Gurino has converted his house into a winter wonderland for the community to see and enjoy.

Families from all over the borough travel to take pictures of Gurino's Christmas displays.

The house has some new decorations this year, which include Santa's Workshop, a moving ice skating rink, and a talking tree.

Gurino's grandson, Anthony, says he thinks his grandfather likes to decorate because it makes him feel like a young boy again.

"He really said, this is like my childhood imagination coming to life," says Anthony.

"Just walk around, I mean, look at all the stuff that's here," says spectator Joe Diblasi. "You don't know where to look."

"It looks like Santa's Place," says a child looking at the Christmas displays.

The house is located at 185-07 80th Drive in Jamaica Estates.

In honor of the giving season, the Gurinos placed a box for cash donations, which they will hand over to the Toys for Tots organization.
